A graduate of the International Institute of Church Growth. He holds a Ph.D. in church growth and Christian ministry. A lecturer at the International Institute of Church Growth for over 20 years. Founder and Set-Man of The Peacemakers Outreach Ministry International (A Christian Drama/Film and Teaching Ministry); Director of The Peacemakers Drama/Film College. Producer of over 35 evangelical and soul-inspiring movies. Author of Over 15 books on church growth, leadership, and worker training. He is married and blessed with wonderful and glorious children.

Pastor Deji Dero is a distinguished leader and educator based in Warri, Nigeria, embodying a harmonious blend of spiritual guidance and technical expertise. With a strong academic foundation, he is pursuing a PhD in Petroleum Engineering and holds an MSc in petroleum engineering, a B.Eng in mining engineering, and a postgraduate diploma in Flow Assurance from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Additionally, he is a certified Corrosion and Materials Professional (API 571).
